1. What Is TCP Flow Control?

Control the sender’s sending rate so that the receiver has enough time to receive the data.

2. TCP Flow Control Principle

2.1. Sliding Window

TCP flow control is implemented through the TCP sliding window.

The receiver tells the sender how large its buffer is, and the sender cannot exceed this amount of data; otherwise, the receiver will not have enough time to receive it.
