1. What Is Human Tissue?
A group of cells in an animal body with the same or similar structure that are gathered together to perform a specific function.
2. Types of Human Tissue
2.1. Epithelial Tissue
Body surface: skin Inside the body: inner surfaces of organ cavities It separates human organs from the environment, protects them from interference by microorganisms, maintains the stability of the internal environment, and also performs important secretion and excretion functions.
2.2. Connective Tissue
Connective tissue links different parts of the body. For example, tendons connect muscles and bones. Various cells in the blood, fat cells, and others all belong to connective tissue. It provides connection and support.

Muscle Types
Includes cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, and smooth muscle.
Upper Arm
Upper arm: the section of the arm from the shoulder to the elbow. Biceps brachii: located on the front of the arm, 2 heads + 2 muscle portions. Triceps brachii: located on the back of the arm, 3 heads + 3 muscle portions.
Leg
Quadriceps: located on the front of the thigh, 4 muscles. Hamstrings: biceps femoris + semitendinosus + semimembranosus. Biceps femoris: located on the back of the thigh, 2 heads. Triceps surae: located on the back of the lower leg, 2 muscles + 3 heads.
Glutes

2.4. Nervous Tissue
Nervous tissue exists in the brain and spinal cord, and also in the fingers, teeth, gastrointestinal tract, liver, and other areas. It issues instructions and transmits information.
